  I stopped into the store to pick up an item. As soon as I walked in someone asked me if they could help me find the item and walked me to it. Then helped me pick the right one for my application. The sales man was very knowledgeable about the item.

  Extremely disappointed with this best buy location! Ordered a drying online and it took 1.5 week to get to me, which would be fine if the dryer they delivered and installed had worked. Went back to best buy to get it fixed and they offered to return and replace. Again fine. Finally after over an hour had to choose a new dryer and cancel original order and place new order a new one was ordered. The new delivery time came and went. Called best buy and they said they made a mistake and it would be delivered at a later time in the day, already waited around for 5 hours plus the 1.5 week. Don't think I'll order from this location again.
