- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆April 24, 2019, by Gabbah KahI'm officially done with this pharmacy. Today, I had a technician lose my script. This same pharmacy technician promised to call me if there was any issue filling my prescription (which it turns out there was) I NEVER got a phone call. I didn't' find out that there was a problem until it was too late in the day to do anything. I get it, sometimes things happen (my usual meds are often out of stock, or my insurance randomly decides not to cover my medication). I am not upset about things they cannot control; I am disappointed with their customer service.
